W210 Water Leak Question.

I have a 96 W210 E320 with the M104 inline 6 engine.

Car sat for 2 weeks while I was out of town and noticed today that there was a leak from the front of the car. It seems like the same oily radiator fluid that leaked about 4 years ago. I had to get a new water pump that time. The fluid is clear with a hint of yellow tint.
I traced the leak to the front of the engine passanger side just above the exhaust manifold.

My question is this:

1) Does this sound like radiator fluid? I'm not an expert.
2) It seems like a slow leak, if all fluids are topped off, can I drive this car for a few days? (50 mile round trip) or is this a water pump problem that requires immediate replacement?

Any advice would be great as I have to drive this car to work in the morning.
Hope it doesn't overheat.
