Folks,
Does it make reasonable sense to purchase test equipment that can troubleshoot trouble codes and faults? The choices seem to be a Hand Held Tester (HHT) or an impulse counter with a on/off ratio tester. Any thoughts? Joel

If you are a shop, then the Star Tester might be the way to go, but the cost of $25,000 plus yearly fees is a bit out there.
