Hi,
My engine on a W140 is running hot at low speeds (like the title

).
The fan seems not to kick in until about 120 degrees Celsius, but when it does it cools the engine really quick to about 90 degrees and then stops. When I go over 60 km/h the engine cools to about 80-90 degrees Celsius.
I have a concern about the fan, it does not turn on at idle or at low speeds and was wondering if this could be the problem. I know high temperature at low speed is usually caused the the AC condenser or the fan not working properly.
After reading a couple of simiar threads I'm thinking of cleaning the radiator but do not know where it is on a W140
If the cleaning doesn't work how can I test to see if its the fan or the condenser or even something else?
Thank You in Advance again.
