Where's my oil filter? W124

Where's my oil filter? W124

I looked under the hood on the driver side and didn't see where to filter could be located. I just did a search, but didn't see anything... Its somewhere on top...

So where is it? LOL... I did look under the hood at night, so maybe I will find it now... still need a clue ..
