W209 CLK 500 Steering

I have 8000 kilometres on my Benz. I notice an irregualr pulse or "click" that I feel through the steering wheel, when I turn sharp left or right. Of course it is intermittent so taking it to a dealer will be an issue. Any ideas of what it could be or what to look for?
