cooling fan electric or not
Hi folks,
I have a C 180 Classic 1997. My cooling fan runs all the time, can any tell me if this fan is electric or what? rrold ![]() |

The USA version C230 uses an electric cooling fan controlled by a computer fan module that receives info from the engine module on how fast & when to run!

c 180 radiator fan
Thanks for your input.
Mine is a British version. The problem is I am not sure about the fan. The fan is driven through the engine. I am booked into Garage for investigation but not a Mercedes garage. There is also a noise coming from front?under engine block. don't know if it is connected. Rrold ![]() |
