300 CE Wheel Stuck
 

Ok. What Am I missing??


89 300CE in storage for the winter in the garage. Parking brake was not even on.

My passenger rear wheel has about 1/4 " of movement back and forth. That's it. No freewheeling at all with the car jacked up in Neutral.

The Brake Pads are free and there is a noticable "clunk" when I move the rotor back and forth (From behind the rotor). The parking break cables are free and when I apply the parking brake, the other tire does "lock". - No movement at all.)

Could the parking brake pads be the culprit. I do get movement but not much.
