I just did some re-wiring of some old, fraying wires last night, and I've noticed a faint buzzing noise coming from underneath the steering wheel. I believed it to be the seat belt buzzer, but it wouldn't go off when both seatbelts were on. It went off only when I turned off the engine and closed the driver's side door.
The "Fasten seat belt" sign has always been on since I bought the car last year. Could it be that the sensor is stuck. If so, how can I remedy this situation ? Thanks again, AARON ROCHAR W115 |

I would just unplug the wires to the waring module and leave it at that.

Sounds like some good advice! It might also be your ignition key buzzer gone haywire.

Thanks. Just curious, what is the Waring model ? (I'm still learning these old cars)
