HELP bad vibration on ml

i just had the motor mounts replaced and the car vibrates on takeoff. the car shakes under the drivers seat when going from deadstop or making left hand turns. it only rumbles when i give enough gas to get it moving but if i feather the gas, it accelleratres smoothly without shaking. it rumbles upto around 10 mph at 1500-2000 rpm and it goes away at highway speed. i had the front diffs replaced last year and i think the motor mounts were already collapsed. could this be from misaligned drive shafts or worn bearings? any insights? thanks for reading
