HELLA BOSCH 500E E500 Headlights 56K Warning!
I have read over and over that
 HELLA was the only company that made the Euro (e-code) headlights for the 1991-1993 500e. They have done this because so that they could have the driving light that's in place of the fog light and the chrome-vaporized trim instead of the flat grey color behind the lens that makes them so desirable.     Some people bought them and changed the lenses to 06/1993-1995 e500 lenses on these units to make them fit the newer cars.   So my question is why is it that people don't just buy the BOSCH lights? What is the difference between the HELLA and the BOSCH versions?
