Climate Control lights, '80 240D

Climate Control lights, '80 240D

The 2 heater control and center fan knob lights don't work. For a while they did then they went out. I've replaced the little bulbs. Could it be a ground problem? Where is the ground? I couldn't figure out how to remove the panel the knobs are mounted in to check behind.
