Hit by deer on Rt 70. Need rear driver side 99 E300D. Smoke silver 702.

Is it better to get a used door or go through the insurance and get a new door painted.

good luck with the repairs.

I had a bad month too...
1) hit in rear bumper in parking lot- person drove off, no info... :mad:
2) hit in right front fender by an old guy coming out of a gas station
(anybody realize it takes $2,000 to replace a fender & headlight---WOW!)
3) I hit a deer coming home from mother's day. Already dead, so I coasted over, but I need to check out the underside soon.

I'm drifting off subject here but I was hit by a coyote recently. We were both going about 35 mph - I on the street, he coming down a blind driveway at a 90 degree angle. I had no time to react at all. He, of presumably better reflexes, hit his brakes and slowed but couldn't stop. He me squarely in the passenger side front door with his head. It was a rather loud crash but the door wasn't damaged. The last I saw of the coyote he was walking in small circles on the shoulder. I would imagine it left a bump.
