Need help!!! W140 Door assist
Please help!
I was stupid enough not to mark vacum lines when I removed vacum pump (under back seat). I need a diagram or picture. Thank You _____________________________ 1994 S420 (75,000 ml) |

vacuum lines
are you reinstalling your original one, or a new one? if it is a new one there was a modification that is needed in order to get the new unit to work

vacuum pump
are the lines marked with two letter markings? if they are they should attach to the same letters on the pump

Yes, lines are marked, but only one (PU) actualy mached letters on the pump. Also, most terminals on the pump not marked at all, few marked with three letters.

The pump under the back-seat is not for Door Assist...

Search on "lock pump", I have posted the colors and letters. The pump that is shown is the newer pump with the additional manifolds. The older punp had a nipple for each hose.
