electrical expertise needed. blown fuse 10

Hi,

I've been trying to troubleshoot my #10 fuse. It never worked since I got my '87 190E 8V. I checked the whole engine cooling system and everything is in order. I was about to start with the other components connected to fuse 10 but I couldn't find the wire junction X48/2C.
