Serpentine Belt on 98 E320
 

Can anybody please tell me the procedure to replace the serpentine belt on a 98 E320.

On the tensioner you will see an external torx bolt, using a breaker bar and torx socket turn the tensioner anti clockwise until it stops, now you can lock the tensioner with a 5mm pin.

remove and replace belt, take up tension with breaker bar and remove pin.
