Smile fuse box/blower repair kit instructions

I've got a 1982 300D 123 turbo diesel that keeps blowing the 16 amp fuse for the a/c blower motor. I just purchased a fuse box/blower repair kit. It replaces the 16 amp a/c blower motor fuse with a 30 amp Mercedes recommended repair kit. Here is the problem, it did not come with any instructions. On one end it has 2 wires that can be attached to (I assume) the back side of the fuse box where the blower motor (I think, fuse #8) is located. One wire is pink and green with a red tab that has the number 16 and another tab with the number 12 attached to it. The other wire is black and green.
I would appreciate any help on how to install this. I live in Louisiana and it's hot and humid. I'm replacing this 16amp fuse at least every other day.
If any of you have the Performance Products catalogue, it is on page 77, item number 44. (Climate Control section, 123 chassis)

Thanks for your help!

Wink

The fuse chart on the 1981-85 W123 chassis with A/C/C is incorrect! That car requires a 25A for fuse 8!

Thanks M.B. Doc! I'll replace fuse #8 with a 25 amp fuse. I'll check to see how it does. I'll send the "blower motor fuse repair kit" back. The 30 amp repair kit seems like it would give me a better chance of burning something up. I was a little concerned about that. Thanks for your quick reply. I'll let you know if it is a good fix.
Thanks again,
Curt
