560sec center mufflers
I have a small crack in a center muffler (there are two that sit aside of each other). Local specialty shop recomends taking them out and replacing them with two straight resonators. Seems like a logical choice but don't know if it cause some cascade of other problems or perhaps just improve engine breathing.

well the cracking and the rusting throu between the two pipes going into the resenator is typical.but i would stay with the original stuff unless they have a good straight pipe.that is because i have seen people putting stuf in there that just does not work.using no hangers will make your new exaust break that much faster.
