Electrical Gremlin?
 

I tried to search this but I'm not using the right search terms.

92 500SEL

I get a random problem where the moon roof starts making a popping noise as if the electric motor is engaging.

Yesterday the gremlin starting attacking the right front door. It sounded like the window motor was running and/or the door latch motor and/or the side mirror adjust motor. Moon roof noise and squeal was also going. I tried lowering and raising the window, adjusting the side mirror and retracting and raising the moon roof.

Noise was quite loud and somewhat squeaky.

Got to my destination, turned my ignition off and the motors continued to run for a couple of seconds (similar time dely as my radio shut off).

No problems going home.

Any ideas?
