93 E300CE Convertible AC/Heat Problem

I having a problem with heat coming from my on half of my center vents, and the outside vents are warm. When I say this I mean that on the left center vent, it is half cold are with AC on and half hot air. The same on the right center vent. If I pinch the hose off to the mono valve, it goes away. Replaced mono valve, no luck, still does the same thing.
Does anyone know the correct diagnosis proceedure for the signal coming from the pushubutton assembly to the mono valve?

Any suggestions on the problem are welcome.

Thanks.

Been there done that.

Your problem is with your Climate control switch. Remove and check for bad solder connections or just replace with rebuilt about 200.00, Or as I did Junk yard $40.00

Good luck
