What are these parts? 300E 87

What are these parts? 300E 87

I'm replacing the center and rear mufflers.
The clamps were rusted between the cat and center mufflers and had to be cut off. Which parts are these in the diagram above? I'm referring to 32,35,38,39, 49 in the diagram.
Plus 77,80,83 and 86.

Are they called a gasket and C clamp?
