For everyday drinking beer NOTHING beats the oldest brew in America!!!

http://www.yuengling.com/

For the special occasion, Stella Artois, Negra Modello or Dos Equis, among others.

Here's a thought.

Fix the car, then drink.

Doing a 103 water pump buzzed ain't the way to go.

Steel reserve, hell yeah.

Either that or PBR, put a Stooges record on, and I'm all set.

No no no...

There's only one beer to drink while working on, dreaming about or, hey, let's not be coy, driving around with one stuck between your thighs, in a Mercedes - an ice cold Bintang from Indonesia.

Bintang means "star" in Indonesian and Malay, so no clearer recommendation than that. Tastes pretty good too.

Many years ago, I was stuck in heavy stop & go traffic out near the airport on the good 'ol 401 in my Alfa Spider with the top down. It was cooking out, and I reached in the back for a frosty can of Labatt's Blue that I had just bought. I kept it low and ducked my head for a sip. I heard the blast of an air horn and looked up into the smiling face of the trucker beside me, who hoisted his bottle of Blue in salute.

Presidente was the house beer at the resort I stayed at in Punta Cana a couple years back. Not great, but it goes down like water. Kinda reminds me of a Dominican High Life.
