Exhaust Gasket R/R

Can someone walk me through the R/R procedure to replace the exhaust gaskets for a '90 300SE 103? It looks pretty straight forward.

My concerns are about removal and is there a tightening sequence and torque specs? Do I need to loosen the exhaust pipe?
