M103, need help to improving my gas mileage
Hi, I just got a 1989 300te wagon that's getting on average only 15mpg. what can I do to do to improve the mileage? The former owner said that I might need to replace the potentiometer in the carb., will that help? It also only has one muffler bolted to the cat. Is that something that also needs to be address? Thanks - Roibbie.
