Exclamation rear tires locked on 91 300e w/ABS

I am having trouble with my reartires. while i have been doing the cylinder head over the past few weeks i had the parkingbreak on. today i took it off but now my car wont move. granted the tranny is out but it still moved backwards before. i cant even push it. i lifted the rear of the car and tried to spin the tires but the passenger side only moves a little and the driver side dosent move at all. whats the problem? is my brakes sticking?

thanks in advance.

it sure

sounds like they is. could be just surface rust on the rotor. not to worry, when you get it running you can drive the rust right off.

As you have removed the tranny, make sure the exhaust or drive shaft [ or anything else you unhooked] are not hanging on the brake cables ...
