Need small AC fan control button for CLK - PeachParts Mercedes-Benz Forum

Any thoughts on where I can find the little black rectangular plastic cover that controls the AC fan speed on a 2002 CLK. The dealer wants $600!!. They say I have to buy the whole switch assembly. There has to be another way.

Try german star. You probably have to replace the assembly but it should cost you about $250. If you don't have the removal keys then you're looking at another $15. But $600 is pretty steep.

i have some buttons that i salvaged from a push button unit, which one specifically is missing?
