Online technical manuals

Are there any such manuals like the Haynes series of books for example?

Thanks

Maybe here not sure

I have also been looking for a good workshop manuel for my 85 380sl.
I came across this site and was wondering if any body has used it.

It looks impressive, but proof is in the pudding.

Don't waste your money

On the bottom of this page I see the advertisement by
http://www.workshopmanuals.co.uk/
I got one of there so called shop manuals on CD. It's not worth the plastic it comes on. I really wasn't expecting a hell of a lot for the price, but come on, a few pictures one can see would have been nice. They don't cover doodally squat on any of the areas they go to.

You don't mention for what model or year for manuals? Here are some free on-line *Mercedes Service Library* http://mb.braingears.com/ and http://skinnerbox.steaky.org/service/library.html also if you want to find your car when new options list, origin of export, etc, go to this site http://www.mbclub.ru/mb/vin/?... Don't forget to press ENGLISH button at top right of page, otherwise it's in Russian!

Have you considered Alldatadiy.com? I bought an engine manual for my 95 S600 for $160.00 when I first got my car. Needless to say, it covers the engine only. Alldata has everything my manual has, and far more. It has a wealth of information and diagrams. You get access to test procedures, electrical and vacuum diagrams, service bulletins, recall notifications and more. The cost is very reasonable. If you sign up for the service using the link on my webpage (see link at bottom of my signature), I receive a small commission which helps me cover the costs of administrating my site.

http://www.eautorepair.net/

Mitchell's repair manuals at the above site.

Out of curiosity, I bought a 7 day subscription. I have access to a high speed printer and printed everything for my car. A lot of the same photos as you'll find in the MB manuals/CDs, but in many cases, a better text explanation of how to resolve problems/make repairs.

Hell of a deal for the $7-$8 I spent.
