e-320 check engine light from redling

I have a 2000 e-320 gasoline. When excelleratiing from a stand still on the second shift allowing the car to redline the check engine light comes on. I used a diagnostic scanning tool , it tells me its the misfire on #4 cylinder. I replaced plugs and pug wires and coil pack on that cylinder. The problem still exists. My car has been properly serviced and only has 61,000 miles. I have not check cylinder pressure. Any suggestions?

Or not.
First of all, it's called a LamBda sensor.
Secondly, any vehicle I've ever seen does not use O2 sensor ( lambda to you ) information on W.O.T. ( Wide Open Throttle ). ;)
