2001 C240 Consumer Voltage Defective error

2001 C240 Consumer Undervoltage Defective error

Recently on my 2001 C240 I get an error that says "Consumer Undervoltage Defective". The manual does not state what this means and I think it is telling me I have low voltage and should replace my battery. Can anyone confirm this?
