exhaust soot
I have a 92 400E that has soot coming from exhaust pipe. replaced mass air flow, throttle body, plugs, wires, caps and rotors and fuel filter. still have problem with soot. does anyone have a clue for cure..

Black soot = running rich, gas not burning completely, bad O2 sensors, etc...
When was the last time the O2 sensors were changed? Have you looked for codes? |
