Rolling feeling while turning?

My 1983 MB 300D (~351,000 miles) has started feeling like its rolling when turning. Similar to a roller coaster feeling. It turns fine and has never left the ground. This rolling feeling is at any speed. I'm not a fast driver.

The search feature yielded no useful results.

Any ideas what might be causing this new behavior?

My pregnant wife doesn't like it.

JJ

While commonly called anti-sway bars, these are correctly know as anti-roll bars. This aside, someone here may be able to diagnose your problem from your post, but if you do not have any ability to get the car off the ground and after yanking on the suspension memebrs, verify the cause, I suggest taking it to a compentent shop. Do a search for recommended shops in your area. However, if you are determined to tackle this yourself, for whatever reason, you've come to the right place; mercedesshop members are the best!
regards,
Mark

Check your swaybar bushings in front, and your rear sway bar links. If it were mine, I would suspect the links first. (actually, I would suspect low tire pressure first, then a loose wheel(s).)
Check your tires for any unusual wear.
See a Pro.

I'm determined to tackle this myself.

Hopefully I have the use of your collective minds...
