Front window goes down but not up...
 

Yesterday the front passenger window went down, but wouldn't go up. Today, the driver's window did the same thing. Both windows are half way up, so I tried and they will still today go down further, but not up. (So now they are down even further.. :rolleyes: ) Thanks for the advice. :)

Car is 90 (124) 300D 2.5T (really a 250DT :))

most likely, bad contacts on the switches.... pull a rear window switch and replace it to the front....

I thought of that but wouldn't it be rather odd for both switches to fail 12 hours apart after 15 years?!?

didn't know the failure was that close....

Did someone spill some coke down there?

This will only take you minutes to do... that's why i suggested it.
