replacement for solex 38 PDSI carburetor?

hi i have a 110 mercedes fintail , 200 gas, 4 cylinder engine with two
downdraft carburetors type solex 38 PDSI. My carburetors are in bad
conditions and would like to buy new carburetors but dont know which
one is best for my engine and would not like to do any major
conversion and modifications to my engine like buying new monifolds
just for the new carburetor can be fitted.i saw this website

38 PDSI and would just simply install it to my engine without too much
hassle. i was think of item no. 15290.027 , 34 ICH manual choke,
1bbl. Like my solex it is also manual choke and from the descrption
it is used mostly with mercedes benz and quite universal . i compared
it visually from the picture in there website and find it similar .Im
not really sure but can anyone provide me information that this item
15290.027 , 34 ICH is a replacement for a solex 38 PDSI or can be
fitted to my engine. have anyone tried doing this. thanks
