Car starts and idles rough for about 5 seconds after running and cooling down 15 min

My car also starts very roughly and idles roughly for about 5 seconds after it has been run for a while, is stopped and cools down for about 15 minutes. Is it leaky injectors?

well i dont know to much about leaky injectors but my car had a shotty alternator and would take like 25 seconds to start and then would promptly die within the next 10-15 seconds.
