Jerking 320ML

Merc 320ML 1999: On 3 occasions now, while travelling at around 80 mph, the
car has started jerking as if there was a fuel blockage. After about 15
seconds of jerking, full power returns. All 3 times have happened during
long trips, travelling on the open road. Could this be faulty injectors or
just dirt in the fuel line? - Andrew
