i have just changed diesel filter on my 1993 e250d and it seems to be sucking in air, how do i sort this :

What do you mean by 'seems to be sucking air?'
Which filter did you replace? If you replaced the big one ahead of the IP, did you fill the new filter with fuel before installing it? Sixto 87 300SDL |

that car
should be self bleeding. if it is sucking air you must have a bad connection, either a loose connection or if the large filter it could be a twisted gasket. remove and examine and reinstall.
