91 300ce FRUSTRATED!!! aaarghh!!!

When I press down on the accelerator, the car sputters and sometimes dies. It was fine for a while, but just started back today. Even putting it in drive or reverse cause is to stall...sputter and stall. This is the original problem I had with this car. I replaced the plug wires, the injectors, the water temp sensor, the thermostat, fuel pump, fuel filter, replaced E.H.A., new spark plugs, upgraded fuses, and the OVP. My father's mechanic says that it is an electrical problem. I originally thought it was a fuel problem. Anyhow, it is driving me nuts!!! I dont know if it has anything to do with it, but the front seat seems to have a mind of its own. When I enter the car, the seat moves forward, steering wheel moves forward, and the head rest moves down...Then, when i start the car, the seat moves back or forward. I know its not the memory. Looks like two of the pins were burned, but i replaced both seat controls.

PLEASE HELP

when in doubt....

You could try:
With carb cleaner and a swab, clean the throttle body.
When you're down to 1/4 tank of gas, put in two bottles of Techron fuel injector cleaner and then take it out for a high rev run. Don't be gentle, they like this treatment once in awhile. Fill it up with the best gas and change the oil.
Have your injectors been tested/replaced?
I don't think the seat gremlins could be connected to your sputtering acceleration. But who knows?
