OBC No Communication
 
I own a 1997 S320, the on board computer is not communicating. My check engine light does not come on when the car is cranked or when the key is switched to on. I am at wits end. The obc was replaced but the problem still exist. Any Thoughts?

It's OBD = On Board Diagnostics. ;)
If the light does not come on, I would either suspect a defective bulb, or someone removed it.
Have you owned this car since new?

Are you trying to pull codes, and your scanner is telling you that it is not communicating with the car? What exactly is the problem?
