Fuel leakage

I have attached a photo. Starting from the dip stick, if you go back towards the passenger compartment, there is a tube with a black cap. Cap is tight but fuel is still coming out. Took the cap off, had a small button, pressed it and more fuel came out.

What is causing this?

Fuel rail pressure test port..if fuel is leaking, tighten the schrader valve.. if it still leaks, replace the valve.
...probably caused by a bad wire harness...

Tightened the cap, still leaks. Will order a new one.

Wiring harness was changed last year

Check engine light is acting weired thou. Either it does not turn on at all, with the key on, or it does not turn off, even with the key removed. I get code 1 from both pin 8, and DM.

Noticed this after replacing the battery. Pluged the led/sw into the wrong pins, hope that did not cause a short or something.

If car is not driven for a day, battery goes dead. I have a voltage regulater, have not installed it yet.

Don't waste any time in doing so.. that fuel rail has approx 60PSI when the pump is running.
With your other electrical problems , I would be concerned of any kind of electrical short and gas leak combo....
