1985 300TD wagon-injector faulty?

Greetings,
I'm a new mercedes owner (bought the car in 4/05) and new to your site/forums. My question is...we just finished installing new Bosch glow plugs and relay that we purchased from your site, as our car was not starting in our Alaskan fall weather. When we pulled out the glow plugs we found that one of the glow plugs was bent at the hot end (unfortunately we did not keep track of what cylinder). Does this suggest that we have a bad injector at that cylinder? Should we replace all the injectors if we have one that is bad - (we would keep the old ones and eventually have them tested). Also I performed a fuel purge 2 months ago to try and flush out the system and injectors. Thanks - I love my new 20 year old car!
