123 rheostat jumper. What guage wire?

yes. 20 gA is all that is necessary. Gotta dislike that rheostat, putting one on an already dim light was stoopid!

Mine quits working everytime I reset my trip meter, then randomly comes back on, sometimes, after about a week. a POS that I see not reason to replace. I've never been one to dim my lights in any of my cars, especially when they are so dim to begin with! Thank You.
