'77 240D Glow Plug Wires Question
 

Replacing burned wires that touched hot lead that attaches to GP's. Did not burn through, but can't get the car started. GP's are new, I think this is the problem! I need to know if there is anything special that I should know before doing this.
I plan on using the same gauge wire and assume this should be no big deal.
