I had a problem similar to this. It was caused by the road wheel not mating flat to the hub flange due to a ding at the edge of the hub flange. The ding then causes the wheel to rotate with a slight throwout which gives the impression of bounce but is in fact wheel wobble.
Check the mating surfaces of the road wheel and hub flange for imperfections, and try jacking up the offending wheel and look for wobble/throwout while turning it by hand, using some fixed object or point as an indicator close to the outer diameter of the wheel rim. |
