Turn Signala & Flashers don't flash
 

My 1984 380SL is having problems with hazards & getting turn signals to flash. All lights come on but do not flash. I have changed hazard switch and Flasher relay with new ones from dealer. Still can't get lights to flash. All other lights work great. Could it be a ground issue? How can I diagnose? I'm open to all suggestions Thanks........

did you check all the bulbs?

All Bulbs come on ...they just do not flash. Hazard switch light up..just won't flash. Hazard relay changed yesterday from dealer...still no flash. Is thee a way to troubleshoot or jump the relay?
