E320 Oil Volume and B Service

Just had service B at 103k miles. Noticed it was serviced with 9qts of Mobil1. THat seems a huge amount to me, or am I being taken to cleaners.

Also had previous B service 16 months ago. Cost has gone up $250. Outrageous in my opinion.

Also now offer B required(599), B Recomended(749), B Premium ($929). Are these worth it os should I go to an independent.
