Leaking antifreeze

My 300SD has started to leak antifreeze and it seems to coming out at the rear of the engine on the passenger side. Any ideas what is causing this?

do a pressure test

I just did a pressure test last night because I was getting poddles of coolant in the morning. I found both hoses to/from the overflow tank to be loose and also the small hose from the thermostat housing to the manifold, which was the main cause of the leak. AutoZone rents out a pressure tester which is convenient...The leak stopped after re-tightening the hose clamps...

Check the heater hoses that come from the firewall.

Check the auxillary water pump. Mine has been leaking (after shutdown) for over a year. I also had a leak where the lines go into the windshield park thing (so the wipers don't freeze to the windshield). I am not sure if your car has this function or not.

It was the block heater. Replaced it and everything is fine. Thanks for all the input.
