If you pull it out yourself it won't cost anything.

One trick I know of is get a piece of scroll saw blade. This is the real thin kind that is held on the top and bottom in shop scroll saws. The ones that stand on their own legs. Not a hand held jig saw. Anyway you get some of this real thin blade and stick it in next to the key fragment. You stick it in with the teeth pointing out so it can "grab" onto the key. Or you make some similar tool to fish it out. First look in there with a flashlight to see what it looks like and where to place your grabber tool. Or take it to a locksmith and they can probably fish it out for you for a price. Or take it to the dealer and they can fix it for the price of a used car.
