124 dash and console lights out
The instrument cluster and center console climate control lighting is out on my 95 E320 wagon. I checked all fuses (Is it fuse #5?) and all appears fine. Everything else including instruments etc. is operating fine. Diagnosis?

Dirty contacts on the instrument cluster rheostat dimmer - try moving the dimmer control around and see if the lights come back on.

Sheesh, it was just the dimmer turned down.:o
Not familiar with the dash controls of the 124 yet as I have been driving a 210 for the last 10 years. Duh :silly: |
