280 Powerplant Swap Question

I'm looking to take the engine out of my wrecked 1980 euro 280 se (w126) and put it into a '78 280 ce (w123) with a blown engine. Will I have any issues as far as bolting up to the tranny, motor mounts, or electrical? I believe that they are both the 110.984 powerplant, but I just wanted to make sure before, since I have never done this before. Also, I'm planning to replace the waterpump and motor mounts during the transfer. Are there any other components worthwhile to update while the engine is out? Danke in advance!

Look at the oil pan closely & also the motor support arms! They may require swapping.
