Black felt / velvet inside compartments, from where?

I need to cover the inside of another car's glove box with this fabric. I think it is really good at minimizing rattling noises in the compartments.

Any ideas where I can buy this stuff? I think I can use spray adhesive to stick it on. Fabric store??
