430E sounds like a dump truck
Bearing, belt tensioner or something in the front of the engine is going bad due to all the noise that can even be heard in the interior of the car. Any Ideas?
Also, I've been told that the serpentine belt and the groves they fit into get dirty and can make alot of noise? I was told that I can quite and clean the situation w/ WD40. What do you think, could it just be a DIRTY belt? |

Well the problem is simple. Which rotating accessory is causing the noise?
Go to McParts tell them you want an auto stethoscope, 10 bucks. You can use a long screwdriver with your thumb over the end and pressed against your ear. This is more dangerous. Put the ear pieces in your ears and carefully touch the probe to each rotating accessory. Air Pump, Alternator, Water Pump, A/C Compressor, Power Steering Pump. You will know when you have found it.
